Round cloths with flowers and words of Hawaiian wisdom: each one hand-painted and finished with a crocheted edge. Individual work, for Hawaiian massage training or for your ceremonies.
A cloth that carries meaning
I paint each cloth by hand on fabric and crochet the edge with a rainbow mesh and tassels. On the cloth are flowers and the words of the seven principles of the Hawaiian Huna philosophy: Ike, Kala, Makia, Manawa, Aloha, Mana, Pono.
I use these cloths when teaching Hawaiian lomi lomi massage: a circle gathers around them, people learn on them and talk about what matters. You can order one for your own school, practice, circle or another ceremony.
