For professionals
A full course for new and practising therapists: several body massage techniques, structuring a session, working with clients, contraindications and plenty of practice on the massage table.
For yourself
Clear, safe techniques for a relaxing massage at home, for your partner, parents or friends. No unnecessary theory and no complicated equipment.
What you will learn
- Body anatomy in plain words: muscles, joints, areas of tension
- Hand positioning, breathing and using your body weight so you do not tire
- Techniques from different body massage styles: back, neck and shoulders, arms, legs, feet
- How to build a session from start to finish
- Working with oil and positioning the client comfortably on the table
- Contraindications, safety and personal boundaries
How I teach
I explain not only “how” but also “why”: my medical training as a rehabilitation specialist helps me explain clearly what happens in the body during a massage.
Most of the class time is practice on the massage table. I demonstrate a technique, you repeat it, and I adjust your hands until the movement becomes your own. We set the pace and programme to suit your goal.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need experience?
No. The “for yourself” course needs no experience at all, and for the professional course I teach the basics from scratch.
Will I get a certificate?
Yes, at the end of the professional course. Details when you book.
Do I need my own massage table?
Not for classes at the studio; everything is provided. For practice at home I can advise you on what to choose.
