Mandala weaving — meditation in colour
Thread by thread, turn by turn. Your hands are busy, your mind rests, and at the end you hold a mandala woven with your intention.

Why it works
A mandala is woven from coloured threads wound onto a wooden frame. The movements are simple and repetitive, and that is exactly why thoughts gradually quieten and attention gathers in one point.
Before we begin, we put an intention into words: what you want to welcome into your life, what you want to remind yourself of. You choose the colours yourself, and they often say a lot about how you are.
The finished mandala stays with you — as a decoration for your home, a talisman or a gift for someone close.
